Summary
A grade 1 fully washed microlot from Uraga in the Guji zone of Ethiopia, sourced in collaboration with Primrose Specialty Coffee, which operates a 3 ha washing station 5 km from Uraga town. Grown by a community of around 2,500 smallholder farmers at roughly 2,050 masl, with heirloom varieties. Cherries are hand-picked and floated, de-pulped on the day of harvest, fermented 36-48 hours, washed in clean water channels and dried on raised African beds for 12-15 days. Cup profile of apricot, elderflower and caramel.
