El Paseo
Summary
A striking Gesha from Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia, produced by Huver Castillo. This experimental coffee undergoes a two-stage process: a 96-hour whole-cherry fermentation followed by inoculation with sugarcane-washed lager yeast. The result is a flavour profile led by aromatic florals, layered with confectionery-like sweetness and soft fruit notes, with tasting notes of lavender, pineapple and strawberry. It has a complex, lemon acidity, a soft, velvety body and a lingering, floral finish.
