Grown in the Sul de Minas region at 1,000-1,280 metres above sea level. Varieties include Red Catuai, Yellow Catuai and Yellow Catucai. Cup score of 85. Flavour profile features apricot, hazelnut and milk chocolate with round acidity, rich creamy body and a medium biscuity finish.
