This Chiroso variety undergoes a meticulous washed process with monitored fermentation and slow raised-bed drying. The cup profile offers notes of lemongrass, pear, honeysuckle, and yuzu with crystalline acidity, delicate florals, and a deeply expressive sweetness. Roasted light by Onyx Coffee Lab.
