Colombia Adrian Lasso Sidra is a single-origin coffee from Colombia, produced by the Lasso family with Adrian Lasso. The Sidra variety (a Bourbon-Typica hybrid) was grown at 1800 meters elevation and processed using the Thermal-Shock method, involving a mixed oxidation four-day fermentation, depulping, channel washing, sixty-hour tank fermentation, additional pressure fermentation with inoculates, and raised-bed drying. The cup profile features notes of passionfruit, manuka honey, dried mango, and mixed berries, with bright, lively acidity and tropical fruit characteristics. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cup score: 88.
