All Made Up is a single-origin coffee from Colombia, produced at Villa Pastora farm in Palestina, Huila by Álvaro Mora and his son Gerson Mora. The coffee is of the Pink Bourbon variety, grown at 1680 meters above sea level, and processed using the Natural method with raised-bed drying. Roasted to a moderate level (Agtron #125.7) on a Diedrich CR-35 roaster, it is suitable for both filter and espresso preparation. The cup profile features notes of bubblegum, raspberry, milk chocolate, and melon. Cupping score: 86.5.
