Summary

A ready-to-drink cold brew coffee from Risaralda, Colombia, produced by Julio Quiceno of Café Uba. Grown at 1,600 metres in Santa Rosa de Cabal within Colombia's Coffee Cultural Landscape, the Caturra variety is processed using UBA's Culturing method — a controlled fermentation with selected microorganisms and natural fruit compounds including pineapple, watermelon and sugarcane, followed by slow sun-drying over 7 to 14 days. The cup is clean and expressive with a vivid watermelon character, alongside citrus and pineapple notes.
