Blackwall Estate Espresso (washed)
Summary
Blackwall Estate Espresso is a seasonal house espresso from Peru's Chanchamayo region. Produced by smallholder farmers organized through the Co-op Alta Montaña cooperative in Pichanaki, the coffee is grown between 1,350 and 1,850 meters under native shade trees. Fully washed and carefully dried, often using solar dryers, it features classic varieties such as Caturra, Typica, and Catimor. The cup is clean and approachable with notes of dark chocolate, pomelo, and panela, balanced by a medium body and gentle acidity.
