A washed Gesha from Finca Deborah, located in the cloud forests of Panama's Volcán region at over 1900 meters above sea level. Produced by Jamison Savage, this coffee uses a classic washed process with cherries pulped using reduced water and dried on raised beds. The cup is clean and bright with delicate florals, a tea-like structure, and stone fruit sweetness. Tasting notes include orange blossom, black tea, and nectarine.
