Carlos Cadena
Summary
Carlos Cadena is a washed Sarchimor coffee from Mexico, produced by third-generation grower Carlos Cadena on his family farms Finca Pocitos and Finca Huehuetepan. The cherries are depulped, fully washed, and dried for 36 hours on raised African beds. In the cup, it offers a mellow, trail-mix-meets-biscuit profile with soft dried-apple sweetness, chocolate, and cookie butter notes. It is a comforting, steady coffee, roasted to the Sweet Spot for filter brewing.
