Summary
This natural anaerobic lot from Ethiopia's Guji region was produced in Buku Sayisa village, Hambela, at 2000-2300 masl. The cherries, exclusively 74114 variety, are hand-picked and fermented in sealed tanks for 5-10 days, then dried on raised beds. The cup is juicy and creamy with peach, elderflower florals, and a bright lemon curd-like finish.
