Mok is a specialty coffee roaster based in Brussels and Leuven, Belgium, founded in 2012 by two-time Belgian Cup Tasters Champion Jens Crabbé. They roast on a Probat UG22, sourcing seasonally from long-term farming partners with full traceability. No flashy gimmicks here — just clean, honest single origins, filter and espresso offerings that rotate with the seasons. They run three Belgian cafes: a flagship in Brussels, their original shop in Leuven, and a new listening bar studio in Brussels with a hi-fi setup and Strietman Espresso.
