Summary

Espresso A is a washed Ethiopian coffee from the Bombe region of Sidamo, produced by smallholder farmers and processed at the Ayla Washing Station. The coffee features Heirloom varieties (Grade 2). It offers an uplifting and aromatic espresso profile with a silky body, featuring notes of black tea, dark berries and citrus. The coffee was selectively handpicked, fermented for approximately 24 hours, washed in channels, soaked in spring water, and dried on raised beds under shade for 10-14 days.
