Ecuadorian coffee from Finca El Alisal located in Fundochamba, Loja province, produced by Leonidas Jaramillo who has been growing coffee here for over 60 years. The Sidra variety, believed to be an Ecuadorian adaptation of Ethiopian heirloom varieties, is washed processed with a 12-hour open tank fermentation followed by depulping and washing, then dried on raised beds and in polyshade greenhouses for 12-15 days. Offers a highly aromatic and creamy cup with black fruit flavours like blackberry and a refreshing herbaceous finish.
