The coffee is a blend of Blue Mountain, Bourbon, SL28 and Typica varieties, fully washed with hand-harvested cherries pulped and fermented, then dried on raised beds. It offers notes of raspberry jam, lemon zest, sweet almonds and maple syrup, with a full body, pronounced sweetness and prominent acidity. It has an SCA cupping score of 84+. Best brewed with cafetiere, filter or AeroPress.
