Colombia Paola Trujillo - Wush Wush
Summary
Colombia Paola Trujillo - Wush Wush is a single-origin coffee from Paola Trujillo's family farm, Patio Bonito, in the coastal region of Cauca, Colombia, grown at 1,700 masl. The farm has been in the Trujillo family for two generations and is planted with over 45,000 trees of varieties including castillo, typica, colombia, pink bourbon, sidra, wush wush, SL28, geisha and aji. Wush Wush is an Ethiopian landrace variety originally isolated from groves around the town of Wushwush in Ethiopia and cultivated in the Americas. In the cup it presents sugary sweet cotton candy, tropical and creamy ripe papaya notes with a lingering, delicate rooibos finish.
