Mirra Coffee is a US specialty coffee roaster founded in December 2022 by Will Warren as an intentionally Nordic-style roastery. They source hyper-local, single-producer, single-varietal lots, prioritizing clean, transparent, traceable coffees and fair producer compensation. Their roasting is minimal—just to development—to highlight refined sweetness, complex acidity, and a delicate tea-like body. Every lot is calibrated individually, with the goal of letting each coffee taste true to its variety and terroir. They offer subscriptions and ship from their US roastery.
