A white coffee from Luis Valdez of Finca San Lorenzo in Guatemala's Alta Verapaz region, grown at 1500 masl. Luis Valdez is a third-generation producer who cultivates caturra, catuaí, bourbon and other varieties across his farms Santa Isabel and San Lorenzo. This lot presents a classic sweet, mild and round Guatemalan profile with notes of stewed pears, speculaas cookie and caramel. Selected and roasted to stand up nicely to milk while remaining pleasant black. Sold whole-bean.
