Kenya Karimikui Pb
Summary
A Kenyan coffee from the Karimikui wet mill in Githure, Kirinyaga, located at 1,800 masl on the southern foothills of Mt. Kenya. The mill is part of the Rungeto Cooperative Society, which counts 2,600 contributing producers, and draws water from the Nyamindi River for processing. This PB (peaberry) separation is composed of the four most common Kenyan varieties: SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11 and Batian. In the cup it yields dark, syrupy boysenberry, sweet quince preserves and a light dusting of peach blossom.
