Summary
A nano lot from the Gigante plot at Cañas Verdes, one of the Hacienda La Esmeralda farms on the slopes of Volcán Barú above Boquete, Panama. Grown at 1900 masl, this Geisha was picked on 12 February 2025 and naturally processed, dried whole on raised beds in a climate-controlled room for 50 days. Expect tangerine and kumquat up front, starfruit and soft yellow tropical fruit underneath, with honey and ripe peach in the middle. Best brewed as a clean filter.

Grind: Medium coarse
- 0:00Pour 80 g of water at 93°C. Wet all the grounds evenly. No dry spots.
- 0:40Pour 80 g of water at 93°C. Builds sweetness and balance.
- 1:20Pour 80 g of water at 85°C. Pour gently and let the brew finish naturally.
Minerals 40-80 ppm. Filter SOLO/Hiflux.
