
Badagalo
Summary
Badagalo is a washed coffee from Basha Bekele's farm in Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia. Grown at 2,350–2,580 m on nitisol soils, this lot of JARC 74158 is pulped, fermented for two to three days, washed, and slow-dried on raised beds. It is clean and delicate with pomelo, green tea, pink stonefruit, and blossom.

Grind: Medium coarse
- 0:00Pour 80 g at 93°C. Wet all the grounds evenly. No dry spots.
- 0:40Pour 80 g at 93°C. Builds sweetness and balance.
- 1:20Pour 80 g at 85°C. Pour gently and let the brew finish naturally.
Water minerals 40-80 ppm. Filter: SOLO/Hiflux.
