Summary
Black Moon is a Panamanian coffee from Alto Quiel, Boquete, Chiriquí, grown by Hunter Tedman. This Chiroso lot is processed as an anaerobic natural and scored 94.13, taking first place in the varietal class at Best of Panama 2024. The cup is elegant and tea-like with biscuit, Earl grey, blossom, and orange notes.

- 1:20Pour 80 g water at 85°C. Pour gently and let the brew finish naturally.
Minerals 40-80 ppm. Filter: SOLO/Hiflux. Grind medium coarse, adjust to reach the brew time. Total brew time approx 2:10-2:20.
