Summary
Colombia Nogales Montaña is a filter coffee from the Los Nogales farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, owned by the Hernandez family since the 1940s. Grown at 1600-2000 masl using Castillo and Colombia cultivars, it is processed with mosto ferment washed method, which enhances fermentation with pre- and post-fermentation coffee cherry juice for a subtle, sweet, tropical boost. The cup is bright, juicy and tropical with notes of lychee, red haribo and grenadine, featuring low body and high acidity. Available as whole beans or ground in 250g and 1kg bags.
