Lot61

Lot61 is a specialty coffee roaster based in Amsterdam, with roots stretching from Sydney to Brooklyn. They roast in Amsterdam and offer a range of coffees including single origins like their Bombora — available as whole bean or convenient drip bags. Subscriptions are on the table for those who want a steady supply. Beyond roasting, they run their own locations, offer wholesale partnerships, and run an education program for folks who want to go deeper. Capsules too, for when convenience calls. The vibe is global but grounded: born in Sydney, raised in Brooklyn, roasting in Amsterdam. A roastery that feels equally at home in a meticulous pour-over and a quick espresso at one of their cafes.
