Colombia Geisha El Rincon is a single-lot coffee from Finca El Rincón, grown by producer Diego Horta in Santa María, Huila, Colombia, at 1,600–1,700 meters. The Geisha variety undergoes a Botanical Anaerobic Natural fermentation, with hyper-ripe cherries sealed in stainless steel tanks alongside a recycled fermentation must and fresh eucalyptus flowers, then slow-dried on raised African beds. The cup shows intense jasmine, candied orange peel and cooling herbal aromatics, with vibrant tangerine, candied red fruits and a clean eucalyptus finish, a medium juicy body and sparkling acidity.
