Heirloom landraces, predominantly JARC 74110, grown in the region known for Kurume and dense, complex-acid beans. Processed as Carbonic Maceration Natural - Amber, an experimental wine-industry fermentation technique. Light roast with a syrupy, juicy body, malic-citric and stone-fruit acidity, and tropical sweetness. Aromas of lavender and tropical fruit; flavours of mandarin, peach, apricot, mango and passion fruit. Cupping score 88+.
