Icatu
Summary
A single-origin espresso coffee from Brazil's Fortaleza de Minas region, grown on Chapadão Farm by producer Sebastião Curimbaba. Made from the Icatu variety and processed using the pulped natural method, it offers a rich, creamy body with intense chocolate notes reminiscent of half-baked cookies, and develops sweet caramel ice cream flavours as it cools.
