Summary
Single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Yirgacheffe region, sourced from smallholder farms around the Gedeb Chelbesa station. Heirloom varieties grown at 1925–2110 masl are processed using an anaerobic natural method. The cup offers sweet blueberry, rich macaron and vanilla sweetness with a juicy cranberry note on the finish, combining depth and clarity. Light roast with a heavier body, suitable as a straight espresso or with milk.
