Potosi Washed is a Colombian coffee from Café Granja La Esperanza, grown at Finca Potosí in the Valle del Cauca region at 1800 masl. The Pink Bourbon varietal undergoes a washed process with double fermentation (24 hours whole cherry fermentation followed by 36 hours after depulping). This light roast whole bean coffee is suitable for both filter and espresso. The cup profile features soft florals, ripe tropical fruit, citrus acidity, and clear passionfruit character, with a rich sweetness and crisp tropical notes.
