Luna is a blend of two washed lots from Ethiopia and Honduras. The Ethiopian component (Danche, Chelbesa, Yirgacheffe) offers a deep sweetness reminiscent of tinned peaches with jasmine and citrus top notes. The Honduran component (Sagastume family, Santa Barbara) is a washed Parainema coffee with crisp citrus aromas, caramel, and redcurrant notes. Roasted lightly and suitable for both filter and espresso. The profile features fresh fruit, acidity, deep sweetness, and integrated structure.
