Rwanda Humure 72h
Summary
This coffee comes from eight farmers delivering to the Humure Coffee Washing Station in the Gatsibo district, eastern Province of Rwanda. The Red Bourbon variety is grown at 2000-2100 meters above sea level. The beans undergo a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation in sealed barrels, followed by 33 days of drying on raised beds and at least 30 days of resting. The processing is experimental natural. The light roast offers a flavour profile of red currant, wild rose, and chocolate. Recommended for filter brewing methods such as Drip, Chemex, and Aeropress.
