Summary
A single-origin dark roast coffee from Colombia's Serrania del Perija region in Santander, grown at 1,200-1,700m elevation. Produced by smallholder farmers using Castillo, Typica, Caturra, and Colombia varieties. Washed processed. The flavour profile features cherry, baked apple, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate. This coffee was showcased at the 2025 Fairfield Syu Ha Ri Colombian Washed Coffee Festival. Sourced through Fairfield Trading, a Colombian specialty coffee exporter founded in 2002.
