Summary

A light roast single origin coffee from Colombia, produced by Alexander Montealegre at Finca Buena Vista in the San Agustín area of Huila, Alto Del Obispo region. Grown at 1,800m altitude, the coffee is of the SL28 and SL34 varieties and processed using a traditional fully washed method involving 24-hour cherry fermentation, 24-hour mucilage fermentation, triple washing, and drying on African beds. Flavour notes include floral, mandarin orange, baked apple, caramel, and brown sugar. This lot placed 14th at the Colombia Washed Coffee Festival.
