This Swiss Water decaf from Caldas, Colombia is produced by members of the Cooperativa de Caficultores de Anserma. Grown at approximately 1,500 meters above sea level, the fully washed lot consists of Castillo and Cenicafé 1 varieties. Decaffeinated in British Columbia using the Swiss Water Process, it is roasted to a medium-dark level, offering notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and warming spices with medium body and low perceived acidity.
