Summary
Elegant, floral, and remarkably sweet Geisha from producer Jhoan Vergara at Finca Las Flores in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,750 meters above sea level. Processed using mosto anaerobic washed method with thermal shock: 12 hours oxidation, 24 hours submersion in mosto, 60 hours anaerobic fermentation, hot-water thermal shock at 50°C, and precision drying. Light-bodied cup with lemongrass, delicate floral aromatics, and candied citrus; medium-high perceived acidity and polished sweetness. Variety: Geisha. Roast level: light. Best for V60 and Chemex.
