Summary
Banko Gotiti is a washed coffee from the Gedeb district in Ethiopia's Gedeo zone, produced by Daniel Mijane in collaboration with 410 smallholder farmers. Coffee cherries are processed at the Worka Sakaro Washing Station, where they undergo fermentation for approximately 48 hours before being washed and dried on raised beds. The coffee offers a silky body with sparkling, crisp acidity and tasting notes of lemon lime soda, apple blossom, violet, jasmine, and apricot. Certified organic.
