Bella Carmona
Summary
Bella Carmona is a washed Guatemalan coffee from producer Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora, a fourth-generation coffee farmer at Hacienda Carmona in the Sacatepequez/Antigua region. Grown at 1500-1650 meters, the lot is composed of Bourbon and Caturra varieties, processed using a traditional washed method and gradually dried on raised beds in greenhouses with sensor-controlled airflow. The cup is described as an easy-drinking, consistently high quality coffee with notes of apricot, Nutter Butter, agave, and Twix Bar, featuring a slick body and crisp acidity.
