A decaffeinated single-origin espresso from Colombia, produced by a group of smallholder farmers from El Carmen de Acevedo in the Pitalito region of Huila. Grown at 1400-2100 MASL, consisting of Castillo and Caturra varieties. Processed using ethyl acetate decaffeination (EA method). Roasted as a developed traditional espresso. Flavour notes include fresh apple, lemon drizzle, and nougat.
