Produced by farmer Renato Ishikawa, it is a Yellow Bourbon variety, processed as natural. The 240-hectare estate (220 hectares of coffee) has its own processing facilities and a long history dating back before 1850. The cup profile offers dark chocolate, nutty and sugar notes, with a light body as espresso, and works well in milk-based drinks.
