Summary
Single-origin filter coffee from Fazenda Aliança in the Mogiana region of São Paulo state, Brazil. Grown by producer Renato Ishikawa at 850-1100 metres above sea level, this lot is a Yellow Bourbon variety processed as natural. The cup is light-bodied with low, sweet acidity, offering soft dark chocolate, creamy nuts and brown sugar, with sweet chestnut aromatics and white sugars emerging as it cools. Farm is 240 hectares with 220 under coffee, and includes its own processing facilities.
