Ethiopia Gesha Oma Natural
Summary
Ethiopia Gesha Oma Natural is a specialty coffee from the Gesha Village farm in the Bench Maji region of Ethiopia. This coffee comes from the Oma farm area and features the Gesha 1931 variety. It undergoes a natural processing method where the coffee cherries are dried together with the fruit, then removed and sun-dried further. At night the coffees are covered with parabolic plastic structures to aid airflow, a process that can take 18-20 days. Flavor notes include papaya, watermelon, and flowers, with a marked fruitiness and sweetness. Grown at 1930-2040 meters above sea level.
