Summary
Daterra Full Bloom is a Brazilian specialty coffee from the Daterra farm in the Cerrado region, grown at 1100-1200 meters above sea level. It features Catuai and Caturra varieties and undergoes a Tree Dried Natural processing method, where cherries begin drying on the tree before finishing on concrete patios and in drying machines. The flavor profile includes blueberry, raisin, and chocolate notes with sweet, ripe fruity aromas and dried fruit characteristics. It is recommended as an espresso with a recipe of 18g in, 34g out, at 93°C water temperature and 27 seconds extraction time.
