Hacienda La Esmeralda, established in 1967 by the Peterson family in the Boquete region of Panama, is renowned for producing some of the world's most celebrated coffees. This lot, Trapiche 3FB, is a washed Gesha variety grown at 1600 MASL. The cherries were harvested on January 12, 2024, and underwent a cool fermented washed process with 3-day aerobic fermentation in steel tanks before drying on raised beds for 16 days. Flavour profile includes jasmine, bergamot, and peaches.
