Bibiana Mena - Colombia
Summary
Single-origin Colombian coffee from Finca La Cumbre in El Tambo, Nariño, a family-owned 50-hectare farm managed by Bibiana Mena, Diego López and Isabela López Mena. Grown at 1750–2100 MASL with varieties Caturra, Colombia and Castillo, and fully washed: ripe cherries are hand-picked, flotation sorted, pulped, fermented about 12 hours in covered concrete tanks, then dried on patios, parabolic solar dryers and raised beds. Tasting notes of grapefruit, blossom honey and jasmine.
