Hometown Coffee Roasters started in North Berwick, Scotland, in 2017 — founded by Andrew with little more than passion and three bags of green coffee. Now roasting in East Linton, this mindful specialty coffee roaster is co-owned by Andrew and Rosie, both long-time baristas who've competed in the UK Barista Championships and brewed countless cups along the way. Their philosophy: roast exceptional coffee while staying mindful of where it comes from, how it's packaged, and the people enjoying it. Stocked in cafes across East Lothian and Edinburgh, they also offer a subscription so you never run out. Dispatch runs Monday and Friday, with free delivery on orders over £25.
