Siberia is a single-origin coffee from Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, produced by Sergio Dario Aranda Gomez on the Anaya farm. The coffee uses the Ombligon variety and undergoes a washed process with yeast extended fermentation, followed by sun-drying. Roasted medium-light, it is recommended for drip/filter (V60, Chemex) and immersion (French Press, AeroPress) brewing methods. Flavour notes include passionfruit, wildflower honey, lavender, and honeydew melon, with lively acidity, medium body, and pronounced sweetness.
