Don Jhon is a single-origin Colombian specialty coffee from Jhon Rodriguez's Finca Río Negro in San Adolfo, Huila. The Caturra Chiroso variety undergoes a washed process with fruits and herbs cofermentation, resulting in a candy-like cup with notes of blackcurrant, strawberry candy, watermelon, cherry cola, and cantaloupe melon. The coffee is sun-dried and roasted to a medium-light level, recommended for drip/filter and immersion brewing methods. It offers syrupy sweetness with bright, fruit-forward layers.
