Don Daniel is a specialty coffee from Colombia, grown in Acevedo, Huila by producer Sergio Dario Aranda Gomez on his 4.5-hectare farm Finca Anaya. The coffee is of the Red Bourbon variety and processed using the washed method with yeast extended fermentation, sun-dried. It features flavour notes of rose water, pomegranate, honey, and white peach, offering a refined, tea-like profile with a delicate honeyed sweetness. Roasted to a medium-light level, recommended for filter and immersion brewing methods such as V60, Chemex, French Press, and AeroPress.
