El Condor (Decaf) is a decaffeinated Colombian specialty coffee from Finca El Vergel in the Tolima region of Colombia. Produced by second-generation farmers Elias and Shady Bayter, this coffee is made using the Sugarcane Process for decaffeination, sun-dried, and features the Caturra varietal. Roasted to a medium level, it has flavour notes of chocolate covered pretzels, vanilla, red plum, and walnuts. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods including V60, Chemex, French Press, AeroPress, and Moka Pot.
