This Rainforest Alliance certified lot is naturally/dry processed and grown at 1000-1200 masl from Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties. It offers a fudgy, sweet profile with tasting notes of chocolate, walnut and wafer, described as an easy-drinking all day comfort coffee with a buttery chocolate base. Brewing recipes are provided for both espresso and V60 filter.
